Life is complex, and navigating its pressures can often leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. Whatever you are managing right now, you don’t have to do it alone.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma-informed, rooted in deep respect for each person’s unique experiences, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. My intent is to meet you exactly as you are without judgment, to understand what has brought you here, and help with what you want to shift into next.
Before full-time clinical practice, I spent two decades working in corporate finance and international poverty relief. I have witnessed the impact of the heavy strains of life, work, stress, and survival, and also the profound capacity humans have to adapt and thrive through adversity. I’ve also had the privilege of performing improv comedy for several decades, and as a result bring a stance of active listening, present-moment awareness, and psychological flexibility into the therapy room.
